You are warmly invited to a special performance of ‘Sisterhood of Stories’

This performance takes place on the 24th of February, a significant date for Ukrainians worldwide, marking the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It is a moment of remembrance, reflection, and solidarity, and an opportunity for communities to come together through shared stories and understanding.

Sisterhood of Stories is a bilingual, documentary performance developed with and for the Ukrainian community, based on real testimonies of women whose lives have been shaped by war, migration, and displacement.

The performance weaves together spoken monologues, live singing, and dance, offering an emotionally rich and accessible experience for a wide audience.

Through personal stories, music, and movement, the performance shares lived experiences of conflict and resilience while also celebrating the depth, diversity, and cultural richness of Ukraine. Presented in Ukrainian and English, the bilingual format ensures inclusivity and invites audiences from different backgrounds to connect with these stories.

Where: De La Salle Theatre, 51 Twynham Road, Southbourne, BH6 4AN
